Pretty much,right now you have 2 Stats Page. Ranked which is Matchmaking,you have a separate K/D & Rating(SMR for Solo Marchmaking Rating) and you have a Public stats page which is Pubs games with a separate K/D & Rating(PSR for Public Skill Rating).
Then soon enough we'll have TMR(Team Matchmaking Rating) which will share the same page than the Ranked stat one. In other words,you K/D on Solo & Team Matchmaking will be together. If you don't understand just log in and check your stats,you'll understand

Well he's a Ganking hero afterall. The only thing going on for him is his Rockets imo. Although useful his Slow has a long CD,his ultimate does pathethic dammage,and his armor is somewhat decent. Don't know where you get 4k dmg unless its a really huge exageration

No exageration.
300 instant damage + 175 damage/second for 8 seconds = 1700total magic damage on his ultimate alone.
With a refresher thats 1700 x 2 = 2400 damage.
Add 400 damage from 2 frostfield plates and you get 2800 magic damage.
Then add the 540 damage you get from using your rockets on any possible survivors (not likely) and we have a total of 3340 damage.
Now, seeing as he doesnt have to chanel any of the spells your free to use auto attack for 8 seconds = about 8 attacks (more if you buy good gear) with an attack damage of about 250 - 300 (yes thats right, using the build im currantly using, Blink, phase boots, frostfield, sange yasha, riftshards and refresher. Some changes can be made depending on the teams.) and you have a lovely 5500 damage.
This is in a hypothetical scenario where for instance tempest has just used his ulti. Hell with a few stunners on your team anyone could pull this off.
Conclusion: Even with a support build you could get off about 4000 damage. Unless you somehow die even though you have a 80% slow

No offence,but you have to be pretty dumb to stay on his Saws for the whole 8 seconds.Usually as soon as someone see the Saws they gtfo,meaning they get touched by it by maybe 1second.
Also most of your numbers come from once he is geared,x2 Frostplate?Cmon. Any hero with that kinda farm hurts a lot.

I dont mean 2x frostfield as in 2 frostfield plates i mean 2 uses of frostfield.
And have you ever heard of a stun?
A frostfield and a refresher can be gotten at level 16 if you know what your doing and by then you have maxed out the ulti, you main source of damage.

Hey guys,
I just wanted to give a quick update in regards to matchmaking and what you can expect to see. As most of you may be aware, the current version of match making is sort of our "first draft" and we have several features we'll be adding to it to really improve the quality of the games. We thank you for your patience, as we know the current version is pretty rough around the edges.
The planned updates are aimed at fixing the following issues: - Players who are far above or below the average player base in rating will be able to find games more quickly and more reliably - Players will be able to specify their general experience level the first time they play match making. This will help the system more accurately group players together when they first start (afterall, a 1500 player might be a dota veteran or a completely new player) - A provisional-matches system will be in place that will cause the system to be more likely to group players new to match making together. Once you play your provisional games, you'll be more likely to only be playing with other players who have also completed their provisional games - Players who disconnect or drop during loading will be replaced more reliably and more quickly
While we are not yet comfortable giving an exact deadline, we do plan to have these fixes in place very shortly. Upon release of these fixes, we'll be resetting match-making stats to simulate a "release" of the game and see how these changes handle a diverse group of players. You should be able to reach your skill-tier in a very quick time frame, meaning that the system shouldn't take weeks to sort itself out, as it does currently.

You probably just not used to the Metagame, few games and you should be back on track People think because its a DotA remake,the metagame will be the same. Which is totally wrong, a good exemple is the pro DotA clan LODA. They migrated on HoN and coudn't even reach competetive level.
