i know cleric has the recovery devision which helps lots againts party mobs and giants

i don't know about the bard does it has something like the recovery devision?

i like the moving march and i dunno why i think wiz bar is better for solo grinding

so what do you guys think?

Wiz/bard, its got noise, you can avoid gaints, and party champs, and you are set

yeah but i can't attack giants they will kill me in two or 3 hits

but with recovery division it helps me to stand againts them

correct me if i'm wrong.

Depends on what monsters you grind. I am now hunting Ongs/Blood Ongs (lv 34/33), I myself am lvl 38. Killing Giants works out as Bard/Wiz if you're about 4/5 levels higher thatn the mobs you're killing. And I always spare my berserk for Giants, so they're sometimes even down before I need to use potions (I like casting Fear/Electric thingy which comes in handy).

Also, like said, noise is so good! Imagine killing Ongs without Noise ... you'll be dead in no time, I can assure you that.

Wizz/Bard

Only reason most people ( not here ) say wiz/cleric is good is because they bot, but for legits since we can avoid giants/pt mobs wizz/bard is better. Also like Core said just fill up zerk for giants, you already 1 shot regular mobs.

Read and choise

A wiz cleric is much more fun in pvp.
Beside you die a lot less and can use the Area of effect attacks a lot. (Earth quack + Blizzard + Meteor + Charges Squall)

A wiz bard is faster in pve
You would die a little more if you dont watch out carefully. And you are restricted to just 2 attacks. Fire bolt + Frozen spear.


I am myself a wiz bard because I dont do pvp a lot and like the speed a lot. But sometimes its get boring being a bard sub. Cleric benefits you so much more both in low and high levels!

wiz/bard can use aoe attacks too...
just nuke nuke nuke + teleport repeat

lvling wizz/bard and at high lvls u will be wanted at party's 24/7 =) , wizz/clric pwnz in pvp and pve

Bard.

Wrong. It may sound easy during the first levels, but trust me, you ll regret it. The higher level you get, the stronger the mobs will become even if your set is always updated and you have 0 gap. You'll take more time killing giants and thus more likely to die. Wizard Cleric is the way to go unless you have no problem in dying a lot. Ask me, I am a Lvl 99 Wizard/Cleric and I am having hard time with giants even when wearing Light Armor. Goodluck choosing!

Both high and low levels.

Read the topic people. A giant will prob kill you regardless if you're a solo wizard unless you're grinding on green mob or have 1337 gear.

Wiz/Bard will rock solo grinding for two golden reasons: Noise + Speed.

Adding cleric = 10 kills + 1 giant kill. Btw, if the giant is too strong, good luck running away with no speed and LA on.
Adding bard = 100 kills. You'll just kill more shit overall.

My friend's a wiz/cleric. He prefers grinding in pt, why? Because when he alones, he has to spend about 2m in speed pots each time he goes to grind. Says he can't kill anything without the 100% speed cuz of other ppl ksing him.

but i think spending 2m for speed pots and kill giant and party giants you'll get the chance for high drop rates for elixirs and weapons which will sold for high then 2m

u got in 3 hours about 3 elixirs and 6 weapons or maybe more thats would sell higher than 2m

and i don't die sometimes you hit giants or party mobs by mistake and sometimes the game lags and i can't run so cleric really helps with recovery division in lag speed won't help

I use to be a wiz/cleric I died even to giants sometimes, and don't even try to attack a ptg your bless only lasts like like what 1 min? You can't kill a ptg in that much time.

ok first i grind at -4 to -6 mobs (green mobs)and i prefer -5 and -6 cause i one shot kill them

when i see a party giant i wear the cleric rod and shield and cast recovery division and holy word then wear the staff and cast lightning shock which causes fear and cycle fire bolt and ice bolt and repeat
recovery disivision last for 300 second before it end i wear the cleric rod and shield and recast it
after 8 minutes he dies

if any other mobs attacked you kill the low hp mob first then return to the party giant

that what i do with party giants

Funny, I've seen 100 wizzards get 1-hit ko from 95 pt giants. Without bless of course. Good Times.

I'm currently a wiz/bard and I'm considering switching to cleric for more survivability. Grinding on the yeti's is great and all till a giant spawns on top of you and kills you in 1 hit. Noise and MM don't help a lot there.

And don't even get me started about pvp, wiz/bard is so weak. And what's the point of sro? PVP. Might as well pick a char that'll be good at it.

Plus offering is just so much more fun. And having someone that can bless in pt's BESIDES the cleric is win.
