can't delete this file.

i was cleaning and found this game and then i downloaded it and it was stupid so i just uninstalled that and now the game is gone but the icon is still there and it's just annoying to have there.

any ideas on how to get rid of it?

Boot into safe mode and delete it if you can't do it normally.
