I think after today weekly server maintenance, they'll add the new server to the list. Been like that.

Lets hope you are correct.

But can someone say when the inspection will occur (few hours, minutes:P), because i don't play SRO until Red Sea.

I agree, I think it will more than likely come tomorrow morning after the inspection is over. I think they may have intended to add it beforehand but I think something got fudged and they opted to just do it after the inspection period instead. No big deal, I doubt a lot of people will switch to it unless they're truly annoyed at the current server they're on. I know I am probably going to stick with Tibet :)

As I already posted in my last post in this topic, can someone please say when the Inspection will occur, i know it's a little bit early, but i think most of the experienced players know the usual inspection time.

So can you please say it, in Korean Standard Time if possible, so i can know what time is that by me.

Thank you in advance :)

Generally, the inspection is from 11 Pm to 1 Am (pacific) or 2 am to 5 am (east coast).

Sorry I'm too lazy to check GMT for you.

I do have a question, somewhat off topic, but related to SRO server addition.

I know if you create a character on one server, you can't use it on another server (at least I never could). Do each of the servers actually have anything to do with each other, other than providing the same game? I can log onto any server with the same account, so maybe the servers work together to authenticate people who log on. Do they do any load balancing or something?

I'm just asking because I see people asking when a new server will come on, but if you have a character on Babel (for example) and they put up a new server, how does that affect you? Just hoping Babel players will move to the new server and start over?

The servers are completely independent of one another. That is you cannot transfer any in-game items, gold between server. You cannot transfer your character either, at least true for now and likely to be true for the future. The silks you have is on your account and that can be used in any server.

There is no load balancing, not automatically that is. If you have multiple chars, I suppose you could go play on the less crowded server, but where the fun in that?

The point of a new server is to give people a chance to start afresh from lv1. JoyMax hopes to relax the population on the existen servers and to draw more people with the new server, I think.

Redsea's brand new server has been used for Babel_new in emergency replacement of their old C64. :D :D :D

Happy Babel players who now can play on a C128...
