Hi, you have no idea about International and PL law work, I won't even try to explain and argue since you won't read it. But here are some key point you might want to look at.

1: You know that TOS that you sign when you register an account, go back and read that.
2: All Ingame item belong to JM, the player have no ground to pursue anything. And you violate the TOS in the first place.
3: JM can't pursue the matter because Santa is not hacking them.
4: Bot maker can't sue because LOL you do know they take no responsibility for the use of their program right? you use a bot at your own risk.

The only thing that is court related in SRO, is JM for not taking action to prevent CCF. Any victim of CCF as a result of silk buying can take JM to court.

THIS ALSO ASKS FOR YOUR ID AND PASS WHICH I MUST ADMIT WAS FOOLISH ENOUGH TO GIVE OUT ON ACCOUNT THAT WAS LEANT TO ME. SO ALL IN ALL HE TARGETS WANNABE BOTTERS AND NOT THE REAL BOTTERS. IF U HAVE EVIDENCE THAT HE GOT RID OF A WELL KNOWN BOTTER, I WOULD BE MORE THEN GLAD TO HEAR U OUT

it was some 1-25 lvl players accounts. im pretty sure they was keylogged accounts from their polish free bots. future will tell anyway

*seems like you dont know what law's are and period. Its not a local law, its universal law, and I know poland way more then you think I know as in the 10/4/06 I am going to be there for a week, again. Means; hacking aint allowed in every western country, same as do not kill and so on, basic stuff.

*Botter user cannot be sued, but the bot company can. Its like drugs, they'll first go for the dealer.

*You are invading someone else's account, that is hacking, he spent money on buying silks and so on, so yes you can get sued, a person can say you hacked is account after he spent so much money on silks, then yeh, you're the one to blame, not him..

Botter can be sue, but not the bot company, they only produce the product, which is legal in china. However, if you live the in the United state you cannot use it, it’s a breaching of contract on top of modification of copyrighted material, the law regarding this is the location in which you sign up your account and the location of where you log into the server with modify client.

Please go back to your example of drug and how they go after the dealer and make sense of yourself.

1) He hacks accounts just for his own good, taking items and so on.

2) Its not his game, its JoyMax's, he is just a costumer and he should say thanks for this game being free, if he dont like it he can always quit.
