My best advice for leveling up a wolf would be to attack mobs that dont aggro
when you pass by them. The adds with attack your wolf instead of you and if your wolf is too small in level it could and just maybe killed.
I took my wolf from level 1-36+ easily(on other character), by choosing to attack the correct mobs like at low levels attacking young tigers instead of tigers. By following this simple rule my wolf has only died twice. Around the upper 20's your wolf should have enough hit points to tank a decent number of hits giving you enough time to pull adds off it.
Also IMO the best companion for a pet wolf is a blader, but having a pet is fun for everyone.

Wouldn't it really piss people off if you name your wolf No Name and try to sell it?

I bought my first wolf when i was level 25, the wolf was lvl 29 lol and named. Reason why i bought it was because i thought it was really cheap for a level 29 wolf considering others trying to sell theirs for 1.5 mill and only level 10 or something. BTW i bought it for 1.1mill It is now level 37 and its close to being the big version.

I said WOULD YOU BUY, not would you use.
If you knew it that already, then most likely you need a job if you'd consider buying used rubber.

Nah I'll just use a twist tie on the end instead. You never know where those used ones have been.

If your wolf dies a lot, you're just not trainging him right. My wolf used to die a lot until I realized I can use transport recovery kits to heal her, and can turn off her aggressive mode and train on only non-aggro mobs until she's close to my level.

Sorry guys. I actually didn't realize these were older posts. I wasn't paying attention to dates, just browsing through the topics. Didn't realize I got to I think page 8 or so. I'll try to pay more attention.
