Premium Ticket, Skill Point Quest Question.

So on one of my older chars, I had a premium ticket for a bit, didn't play much so I only managed to get like 170ish of the little skill point bags that drop, from mobs. Where/can I just turn in those somewhere? I can't remember where it is.

Also, I believe, according to the quest info regarding the extra sp quest, that you can only turn in like a set number of say, 50, or 100, or 150. So is it possible to just turn in 170ish bags?

You cannot turn in 170. you probably end up with turning in 150 yeah.

You can turn in the quest at any Potion Merchant in any town. The NPC will take only 100 of your quest bags, the rest 70-ish you can sell to the NPC. Or you can keep them in case you buy another Premium Ticket.
