Good Web Hosting?

I need to know where a good web hosting company is, where I can sign up with just the initial monthly cost, I don't wanna pay $80 right up front, especially if I don't like them, anyone got a service like that?

used them many times in the past and their free service is very good, infact little reason to upgrade unless you know your going to have high trafic and need lots of space
