Don't buy a 2-door. Not only will insurance suck ass but your friends will never let you drive if you are taking more than one person. Nobody likes having to climb over a seat to get into a car.

Thats a good thing in my opinion atleast, then you don't really have to say 'no' and waste gas. At $3.20 a gallon for gas, who really wants to drive their friends around.

About 99% of people under 21 in the UK have 2 doors.
And hatchbacks are MUCH cheaper for insurance over here.

Useless to ask for help, remind me not to ask for anything anymore, YEA IM QQ'ing wooooooooooooooot YEA IM MAD, save the "u mad" but wait! Ofcourse you will post that...

I NEVER said I was THE NO. 1 WORLD'S BEST DRIVER, I said I know how to drive, meaning im not some dumb blonde driving, I never had any accidents so far, and no its not because I drive 10kmph everywhere...

The car im currently driving:

170hp 5 speed manual, not seem much, troll again please, but this car does have some power under the hood, and yes I can drive wreckless sometimes, but atleast if I crash it'll only be me thats fucked, because no one else is around...

Since when did I say I could have an infinity?????????? is that under any car I mentioned? are you guys fcking blind? seriously I said UNDER 20k NOT 40K +++

As for my parents, the max they are putting will probably be 5k AT MAX, no more...

What I plan to do, is put atleast 10k down payment, and then the rest I pay a little every month...

Some guys need to grow up...

Dont ask for advice if you dont want it.

I'm pretty sure we (the ones who have years of experience behind us) know more about this than someone who's looking to buy his first car.

Yea true its my first car, but I have friends and family members which know more about cares than all of us gathered together, why am I so sure? Example: My closest uncle has worked for GM for nearly 20 years on their secret test track here in montreal, as a safety test, and safety module tester, he's driven nearly all the cars to get accepted for the quebec standards, he knows what he's talking about, and I thought well it might not hurt to ask people around the world, right? Not to have a biased opinion... Guess it didn't work out so well

Never said I didn't want advice, I just said that the advice people gave me we'rent good, as in they we'rent comments and critics I was asking for. I don't need people telling me i'm a blind guy that cant drive to save my own life, and that I shouldnt do this or that or this.

My question was simple... Out of these cars, which one have you driven, and did you like it? I never asked you people to comment on how im spending my money, I never asked you about my insurance nor did I ask you about how I drive...

You guys just happily trolled...

my grandad worked for land rover for some 30years, my best mate works for jaguar and works on their prototype cares, his dad has worked for land rover for over 20years, my other mates dad is a mechanic my brothers best mate is a mechanic and im restoring a car by hand not getting someone else to do it in other words

all this means squad as your posting here asking us for advice meaning either he isnt giving good advice or you aint bothered to ask either way take note of what people are saying its important

my dad works for rolls royce for almost 20 years now so top that..as a jet engine inspector lulz

But seriously, you can find an impreza wrx for under 18k.. has a lot of power under the hood with it's small turbo. Although it's not advisable because the people that previously owned the car probably ripped it like crazy. So there definitely can be some engine or tranny problems on that. I know your not a honda fan boy but you should definitely check out the civic si's. Can't go wrong with that car.
