why, heroo, do you suffer so greatly when expressing your thoughts on Allah and Allah related subject in english, but you have no problem spewing what boils down to vain profanities in english at people you disagree with. i, with my finite human mind, can only imagine that Allah is far more bothered by this than anything i have said. i compared a man to a man, nothing more, i made no disrespect to Allah whatsoever. it would appear that one would need to examine their priorities when childish ramblings take a main stage to your ability to express your understanding and faith in Allah. that is my opinion and im now done.

What a shame. Reminds me of that one line from Religulous "faith makes a virtue out of not thinking." I guess it really does. I'm not really crazy about Bill Maher but that statement does sum up a huge portion of what religion is really all about. Although I understand its purpose in the light of human interest, whether for yourself or for another person's agenda.
There's no way that I, or anyone else in here, can change your opinion about this. You stated that you don't approve of same-sex marriage but it's okay (or you just don't care) if they do it; what I want to know is if you had to place your vote on whether or not to allow gay marriage to be legalized, would you vote for or against it? Keep in mind that this is simply to be legally married. No religious institutions involved - no one will be forced to open up their church doors for the ceremony.
I will most certainly vote against it. With this being sad, I'm also done. There is no need for me to take part in this discussion any longer.
That's really all I needed to know. So that whole "I don't care if they get married" PR bullshit counts for nothing then. At least that's the way I see it. Have a good one.

I would never understand why people decide to limit the rights of other people - adults who are completely capable of making their own decisions - to get married. It's not like they're mentality impaired or that their judgment is affected by a disability. On top of that, they're not asking people to swing the church doors open for the gay brigade wedding extravaganza. It doesn't have to be in a church or any other religious setting. They're simply asking for the right to get married so that they can have the same legal benefits married couples do. I have yet to hear a coherent response and reason from the anti-gay marriage side that does not involve imposing their beliefs on others as to why gay people can't get married; and I don't expect to ever hear one.

I actually never approved of that lol. It depends on the setting if you ask me. I said I'd feel uncomfortable and I actually said that banning or allowing guns won't affect someone's decision if they feel like going on a rampage. Even if I did, you're comparing carrying a gun around to gay marriage? Wow.
