Well that's pretty lame, i hope it wont be the case in the full game. Do they expect us to stand still and get shot while tweaking options?

You can only leave when you are alive and spawned. So annoying..

Use the mighty power of alt+f4
Not sure if it saves stats then though.

Every time you spawn into the game you should notice it says "saving". Then, and when the "YOUR TEAM WON" screen appears, your stats will get saved.

Kinda getting bummed out about this game more and more.

I have some good games, then I get into a team that's bad, usually even worse than me, and I'm pretty Farking bad by the way.

And since being in a team that doesn't try to defuse or plant doesn't seem to be enough, the game LOVES to randomly freeze and crash on me. It also seems to happen whenever I'm having a fun game.

There are rumors on the Forums that they are using the Frostbite Engine that was used before MOH for the beta to test the servers. Final Game should be way better. I'm still gonna wait for my friends to tell me if it's worth it.

i have to say that despite the lack of vehicles in operation metro it's quite an exciting map, tons of intense and concentrated firefights. Playing with a good team definitely helps a lot.

The infantry combat is done very well. I feel that Operation Metro could have been changed a little bit to make it shine better. Nevertheless, having a good base is a good start. I hope vehicle combat is executed just as well if not better.

Shut up and take my money. This is one reason I've been holding back debating if I want to purchase BF3. No, not because it's not on Steam, but Origin itself. Origin is.. uhh.. terrible where it is now. I'm not saying I refuse to use it as I currently have it installed for the alpha and beta. inb4 Steam was terrible at launch. I know I was apart of steam since 2005, but why release something that isn't up to par? Why should I use their service? I don't see any reason why I should use it simultaneously as of know. Origin is just being a bug in my ass about everything.

Doesn't stop the users from being completely Farking stupid for objectives.

Welcome to all FPS lol... When I play in a full party and we still lose, I don't get mad because I know we tried. If I feel like I'm the only one doing anything, it's a very shitty time.

Seems like Caspian Border is available freely now? although it seems the jet keymapping is pretty glitchy, especially for joysticks.

Im no FPS expert (or well, i never really played em)
Well i got the demo and i gotta say, this game is reallly nice in terms of graphics. the gameplay at first i didnt like cause theres no cover system (used to third-persons :P ) but that doesnt really matter.
I guess this game is way more realistic than other FPS, but i gotta say the maps are way too large, I have to look around everywhere to find someone and then get 1 shotted by some guy <.>
Though once I got 7 kills in a row by just crawling and hiding behind a bush 8)

so yeah, very nice game but huge map and well, hardly seeing players without getting killed first

good deal, if your looking to get bf3 you should buy it now. I dont really want to dish out another 40$ for a game though :|

Complaining about an open beta is just stupid.

As Conan online found out, first impressions are very important for games.

I would agree, but the DICE did open beta for MOH. Finished game only had 1 or 2 things better that the beta aside from bug fixes. If it was a different developer, I'd probably be more lenient towards the beta, but DICE betas are like 90% of the finished game.
I hope the rumor about them using a "0.5" version of the Engine is true.. not holding my breath

Amazon usually offers a bunch of new games with a maximum -$20 pre-order or $20 credit..
