Just the first half. The reason I believe that they're going to include that ending for episode ten is because:
Spoiler!
She gets resurrected right after the RW. You don't get to find out about this until the 4th book, iirc. She joins the Brotherhood without Banners for a while and you won't read about her for the rest of the third book but then shows up at the end.
Also, the showmakers like to use double entendres for their episode titles. Last week's episode is called "The Climb" - which points to the literal climbing of The Wall by the wildlings and the climb speech given by Littlefinger. Episode 10 is called "Mhysa" - which means mother, a title given to Daenerys. Since it means mother, it can also point to Catelyn.
Because apparently last year when they air the 9th episode, which is the BIG episode in all HBO shows(second to last episode of the season), it had the lowest viewers of any episode due to people going out of town or what have you because of three day weekend.
Think everyone that have read the books knew what this episode would contain, but still <3'd it.
Spoiler!
As pi pointed out, was surprised what they did to Talisa in the episode; thought it would follow the fate of her counterpart in the books: Jeyne Westerling. Although it was clear what was going to happen to her after "if you wanted to keep her safe you wouldn't have brought her." Expected her to stay somewhere else (particularly riverrun

NOWWWW I know why it's called the Red Wedding! I always thought the red wedding referred to Stannis marrying Melissandra (cause she's all decked out in red)
Got to see Daenerys and Melisandre naked. Today was a good day.
THIS. THIS. I was wondering when we'd get to see both their tits again.

I can't wait until Tyrion poisons Jeoffry
Major fix of the spoiler he posted, seriously, if you don't to be spoiled, don't read it!
Spoiler!
Epic fail. Try reading the books again, it was never Tyrion who poisons Joffery, it was the queen of thorns.

Spoiler!
I just finished A Storm of Swords and Littlefinger confessed to Sansa that he had the Kettleblacks poison Jeoff. If it is revealed in A Feast for Crows that it was actually her then I hate you because I just picked it up today.
CONTAINS SPOILER. DO NOT READ UNTIL YOU HAVE FINISHED A DANCE WITH DRAGONS.
Spoiler!
Anyone here ever considered that Jon Snow might actually be Ned's nephew and an actual half-Stark, half-Targaryen? If you read back on the stories about Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryen and a bunch of other "hints" in the books, it sorta makes you consider that Jon might actually be destined to ride Daenerys' dragon, Rhaegal, and the other belongs to Aegon Targaryen, Daenerys' living nephew. Since every rider may only have one dragon and vice versa so Viserion and Rhaegal are up for grabs.

Ummm, didn't Jon get ganked with knives from the watch in a dance with dragons and it was left off as a cliffhanger?

Cell phone won't let me go to the end.
Spoiler!
Sansa wears a decorative hairnet to the wedding of Joffery, given to her by the drunk knight turned fool, who worked for little finger. Just before the wedding feast, the queen of thorns "adjusts" the hairnet and takes out one of the purple amethysts which is actually tears of Lys. She knows to do this because she is one of little finger's allies. She times it so it seems like Tyrion did the poisoning. I don't remember who, but the Kettleblacks kill someone else, and I think that was at Ceresei's orders.

Yup. That's perhaps the most popular theory in the series and almost considered true by most fans. All that's left is for it to be revealed. In fact, you can deduce that just from the first book. You can read more about it here.
Also, a note on the third head of the dragon:
Spoiler!
Currently referred to as the Blackfyre theory, Aegon VI Targaryen might not be a real ("pure") Targaryen after all but a Blackfyre. I highly recommend reading about it here. Although there are some holes in the theory, it is pretty believable. Aegon could be the lie that Dany has to destroy, as prophecized.

The current understanding of what will happen to Jon is that he'll be resurrected by Melisandre, or at least brought back to life in some form. Based on the fifth book's prologue, you can assume that after his "et tu brute" moment, he wargs into who his last words were: Ghost.
