I blame the fact for the first god knows how long there was only one server, and then two, and then three, and people already had high level characters and didnt want to move on, and then when we finally get more then ten servers the game is at critical mass of populairty that we're still behind on a decent server:player ratio, however, if we had an ability to move a character from one server to another, for say, 500 silk (it's gotta be expensive or some dipshit will keep doing it) I think that it will eventualyl balance out nicely.

but then what happens when HuyFong moves to Rome?  It will sorta ruin the economy and the PvP experience when the level 70s with their SOS come to new server... there has got to be some sort of penalty which doesnt make it so that you are #1 on the next server regardless of what happens in the next month.
