Some interesting mysteries.

In lineage 2, you can't say "923". No Idea why.

It's probably some numbers that were used by a hacker. On this forum, you can't make a link that has "php" in it because hackers used that to hack some Admins before.

Lol this is some funny shit. I called a homie up who plays, and he says that it's true, you can't say 923. He says he heard it was because 923 represents a chinese gang... :? Dunno but what he heard is more credible than what we heard lol, he's a hero and nearly capped at 80.

I also spotted some random reflections in the river near jangan, then you look up and theres nothing there

the fog is part of the game, the marshes north of jangan is a humid place, havent you seen staw wars: return of the jedi, where luke train with yoda on kashyyyk, its a very fogy place, besides, SRO is way beter than WoW

and about the reflections on the river, hey the game is friken free, dont expect The Matrix

Did you look at the pictures??? the first picture is by mangyangs south of the west gate.. that isnt the swampy are, and the fog in the swampy area is no were that think and is not that colour.

And i know its free, i wasnt saying its bad, i was just showing strange things.

I got one. In DW around the devil and ghost bugs there are these tower things that kinda look like huge beehives right? Well take a closer look and youll notice the skeletons sticking out of the bottom - they look very similar to freakishly giant Yeohas...and after all- according to the storyline DW used to have similar climate to Jangan right? Perhaps these monsters became extinct when DW changed to a desert.

and about your photos Innovacious, its just a bug in the games shadeing efects, and what i ment about the game is free and dont expect the matrix, is that some things happen cuz there part of the sistem, you dont have to report evert litle detail you see imideatly, observe it for a while see what els you can find out about it, if you actualy had fun doin that then it might be silk files material

Another thing nobody mentioned is at DW south gate you can walk up the stairs to the city wall. Why isnt this possible on any other gate in DW or Jangan?

You can walk up the east gate as well, haven't checked on the West. But when your up there you can go through a wall and watch PvP.
(To bad you can't attack from up there... Just think Flame Wave Wide would drop from the sky....)
If you to the corner the South and East wall and climb those stairs you mount the ramparts to get a good overview.
As for Jangan you can not go up any of the gates.

If you have your camera fixed behind character while riding a horse - roll your mouse wheel up to zoom in and you can see inside of your horse while it's running. Also - Small Eyed Ghosts are wearing thongs LOL

lol (actually laughing), you guys are funny.

something i've noticed:
1) the quest asks you to get skin of black tiger but you are actually getting black tiger claws. somehow you manage to make the NPC think claws=skin? (sure they are all have fur and all...)

2) SMALL eye ghosts are bigger than BIG eye ghosts, although it could be that the adj is describing their "eyes". (i haven't really looked at their eyes closely yet so i have no comment about them)

To go underwater at Hotan go to the south bridge.
When at where brigde = lands go in the east post. Run down.
Your underwater!!!!
You can go all the way from the south bridge to West and East bridges but nothing more.

Invisible portal! I noticed it when I was watching the movie. All credit goes to shadowx53 on the forums for making the video. It's around 30-31 secs.

They are over by Downhuang caves and there are some just around the Downhuang area.

this might shed light on those statues.

Was there a massive earthquake that shook the foundations of the world and uncovered the cave? and while doing so sunk part of the ground submerging the giant statues?

The carving of the grottoes initially was a partnership between the imperial sponsors and the Buddhist community. After the death of persecuting Emperor Taiwu in 452 the overseer of the monks in the region, Tan Yao, secured the approval of the new régime to carving and decorate the Wuzhou cliffs into a series of Buddhist cave-shrines. Originally there were to be five caves, “in each of which a Buddhist image should be carved” (these eventually were to become Caves 16-20). Although precise identification of each of the statues is difficult, the five major figures do also honor the line of the first five emperors, albeit in Buddha forms. With imperial support and patronage, eventually the project assumed a far greater scope: it became a testament both to the grandeur and the austerity of the political state. Tens of thousand worked at the task for over thirty years. The Wei rulers excavated and carved twenty large caves and numerous smaller ones before moving their capital to Datong, where they embarked on an even greater project of stone carving (in more substantial limestone), and in a more intensely Chinese style, in the Longmen Grottoes.

:D

This is my theory:
Do you guys remember the exorcist quest where the npc was complaining about the yeohas? Well it seemed like they were a new problem because of some of the things she said. Maybe when the desert dried up the yeohas had to move farther east closer to Jagan. (they are trees, they need water)

Few things to add:
How can we breathe underwater in the first place?

Why, when you cant attack a mob because “obstacles are in the way”, can it attack you?

Also I noticed that my char (the perfect zombie girl) has the same talisman on her forehead that the manyangs have on theirs. It also looks like this low lvl alchemy drop: sassis charm. Connection?

O.K we have walking trees and fish that live in deserts as mobs right? But where are the Chinese dragons? Seriously, isn’t that a natural monster for a china based game?
Done now ^-^
