I’m not sure whether anyone will be able to help but I’ve really got no choice on who to ask anymore ..So here goes..
Today I’ve received an email from paypal stating that my transaction was refused and that paypal had taken the money out of a "credit card" ,due no "direct debit account" being set up with paypal...
this is where it gets problem-matic , joymax appear to have taken there money from a "credit card" set up with paypal that doesn't exist and due to the "direct debit account" which paypal is saying isn't set up..which in fact is..
I’ve contact the bank regarding this and they said to get in touch with paypal...
paypal were no help and couldn't even say what credit card the money had been taken from, just re-assured me that no money had be taken wrongly from either my paypal or any card..
I’m so muddled up I don't even no how to sort this, I’m logged in right now....so I don't no what’s happening and if joymax even got their money or if there going to block my account even though I’ve not done a charge back or even meant to do anything of this nature
Has anyone ever heard of this problem or had a similar one?
(i would email joymax even though they'd give a sh*t or even help with the problem
