Considering that this is the section were most of new player read first, I was thinking on make like a resume of suggested builds appropiates for the first character of a new player. So the idea is that the experienced players give options to new players of HOW TO GET A GOOD NORMAL PLAYER, with minimum of farming. Ive choose the number 150K SP because its aproximatly the SP you get going from 1 to 80 just grinding with 1 GAP (from this table
http://stud3.tuwien.ac.at/~e0125557/sro/spgain.html you get 90K up to lvl 70 and I just extrapolate the tendance to 80), that I think its quick enough to dont get bored while leveling for first time.
Ok, now the idea its give suggestions using this
http://bobtheveg.dyndns.org/SRO/Char_Build_Applet/
And saying briefling the characteristic of your build like:
hybr bow cold/light
And your experience with that build
Do not start to flame other people build
The idea is that people can choose between several options or, if they see that many people suggest almost the same that will be probably a good build. If you dont like one build instead of flaming it propose a better one.
Any high level player will know that 150K it will be not enough to make THAT great player that anyone want to have, but the idea is that at least they will have a base to build something better.
So here its my example:
Build: Bow hibr 1:1 cold/light
Experience: This is the base of my level 62 character.
Pro/Con: Excellent PVE. Good PvP if you are skilled with it (hard but possible if you have light, dont try without light). Most important problem is that if you go with 1 gap you will get most of the SP you need between 70 to 80, so probably its a good idea dont lvl up light tree up to that moment. Another options its trade berzerk arrow and/or hawk levels (you will killing most of the time with just antidevil+arrow combo and pacheon passive provide a good ammount of attack rating) for having phantom walk before.

a possible variation from previuos its this one
http://bobtheveg.dyndns.org/SRO/Char_Bu ... file=12653
Pro/Con: On this last variation you will loose the extra damage that a high mastery level provide you (you will have to delevel mastery using Curst hearts or pay for potions), but you will get the most usefull buffs from fire. Like the first variation has the problem that you get the best at the end (at least you will level fast

).
