First of all, The lightning nuke i a Niya mage's move, And i believe the Fire nuke is lvl 90 Uniques, Saytan, Nuke.......... rip off.

Hmm, get your facts straight buddy. Both of these were made uniquely. They may look SIMILAR to those skills, but they are NOT those skills. If I wanted to I could add in so many lightning bolts and meteors that they would fill the screen, or change their impact effects or colors or whatever.
For the record, I have seen neither Saytan's nuke nor the Niya mage's nuke. I got the idea to make these when I saw how the ice nuke is made up.

Where is skilleffect.txt located ? in Media.PK2 or Data.PK2 ?
