Is there a difference between the skills bots use and the ones most people use for pvp/grinding? For an example I noticed some glaiver bots used flying dragon in close pve and they wear armor/prot lvl1~80(doesn't matter probably). And bot users tend to be inefficient in pvp also due to using flying dragon. Hypothetical: a high level member in the union is suspected of botting since his/her fighting skills are inefficient in wars / summoning parties / wherever (to make it short he/shes a total noobz0r but high level), and I want to make sure he/shes not a botter.
So..are there any specific "unusual" skills bots use (e.g. buffing mag. defense while grinding penons; using flying dragon against giants; nuking without imbue at low mp) that "experienced" legit people don't use because they know they're inefficient? (Someone experienced with using/fightning bots should reply but keep the flames for yourself) In short, how do we recognize a bot by his skill usage?

I never liked PvP much, aside from jobbing. I wasn't very good at it becasue I didn't practice, study it or participate. Does that make me a botter? No, it makes me bad at PvP. (That and I didn't have uber gear)

Grinding for a long time and learning your characters weak spots is a better teacher for pvp than pvping all the time

I'm asking about certain skills you can notice a bot from, certain giveaway grinding skills. Some botters tend to look at their bot doing all the work and thinking the skills the bot uses by default are the best skills to use in pvp or w/e.

Most bots try to use skills that they can kill in the least hits
fomr what ive read about NuBot(Type of bot) Nukers can only use 1 nuke then the bot stops working(in old versions)

One dead giveaway of bots is that when their buffs run out, even in the middle of fighting a giant and 3 champs and 5 regulars, they immedietly put the buff back on. Also, they will usually pick up their items even if they have a rabbit lol. I sometimes do this, but only when it is an equip. drop or my squirrel is just standing around.
I've also noticed that some bots 'jump' to their drops. It looks like they're using ghost walk phantom but there is no telltale green trail.
edit: Also, if you want to see if the guildmember is botting, try watching them, even if they are babysitting if you attack their mob they usually switch to another immedietly (much faster than a hand-grinder).

Uhmm sorry but if my magic buff was to run out, heck I'd stop to re-buff it.

Using flying dragon fly in pvp makes me a bot?

Depends on how you use it. Its a slow skill, good for range, bad for close combat. And no, it doesn't mean you bot, just an example.

Uh dragon fly is relatively fast and strong.
I don't get where you are saying it's slow.
And I certainly don't get how whether a person is abot or not can be determined by the skills they use.

Soul spear > dragon fly, why compromise? Stopping to rebuff when you can easily 1-hit kill a monster without buffs? Buffing mag. defence when grinding phy. attack monsters?

one of the best ways to find out is lion shout the mob thier right next to and about to attack, ifs its a bot(with Ks off) then even if thier right next to it they will move onto the next mob, whereas most people dont react that fast, also bots use imudes at the last possible second whereas alot of people start them at the same time they start the skill(i.e when they use soul spear bots will use imbude jsut as thier about to hit teh mob) , also the rebuffing while fighting. ill rebuff but i always kill the mob im on first.
Sorry if its a bit long but some things are hard to explain quicklly in words.

using flying dragon as an opener when coming from behind can be seen quite often in PVP ... may people be "pro" or not ... I don't think that makes someone a botter ... but wtf ... I didn't get it completely anyways.

Either that, or the player is a pure str blader (or glaive) and is not worried about having to tank the giant, 3 champs, and 5 regulars while he rebuffs and picks up some drops.
I do that all the time, especially drops. I can have 2 giants on me, a few champs, and some regulars, and I will still pick up drops if they are any good. Sometimes I'll even rebuff during the battle just because I can.
I don't have a squirrel so I can't afford to not pick up the good drops during a fight.
