Hello all, i quite often grind with chat box closed, music on and just gettin on with it. I do this cos i dont want to be bothered and usually im looking for any excuse not to grind (like helping trades, pvp'ing the guild newbies etc... :p)

Im just concerned now that if other players PM me, maybe thinking im botting or even the event that a GM PM's me and gets no reply cos the box is shut...does that give them a good enough reason to judge that im botting cos i didnt see their message??

solution = dont bot and you dont gotta worry about botting.

Other players might, you would have to see them on screen to see their message above their head. However a GM's words show up in the Purple/Pinkish letters across your screen, like the notices I think. So you would have to be blind to miss that one.

Just dont mind it.. As long you don't bot u have nothing to fear

Considering that JoyNax doesn't ban botters, you wouldn't have anything to worry about even if you were botting.

I grind with chat window closed, i also got dc/ed after i got pmed by a Gm which my mate told me is an option on bots but i dont really care at teh end of the day its game, and if they ban me for being legit, i have some secerts to get back to that level quickally. doesnt help you much but owell, at teh end of the day its a game so dont be too worried about it,

great, i knew some idiot would accuse me of botting. it was a genuine question and actually something i spoke about with my guild. sooo many losers in these forums.

BlackFox, sorry but welshkorn is right. Sometimes it's really hard to understand your 'English'...you should consider some English classes.

and roflcopter, dont be worried..GM's arent on that often and they will always come to you when they're checking you =)

You usually will see the GM.

And welshkorn, he could quite possibly not even be botting, and just have his windows minimized. accusing with no evidence remains wrong.

I have my messgae window minimised for the "viewing/gaming experience"

It's also easy to miss a GM's message when party applications are stuck in your face every 30 seconds.

And if someone does get banned, like i did, don't expect any answer as to why.

Maybe JM should get rid of the F12 option if they are using online chat for an excuse to ban people.

why are you being dumb...that was the most foolish thing i have heard. just because some people bot doesn't mean he does. He shouldn't be accused of it either. Whatever his reason may be for not looking at chat. Why should he make sure that you don't think he's botting? get over yourself. you know what, i don't respond to alot of people in game and i don't care what they think of me. Because as soon as they throw their stupid ice spell at me, they are dead. You want vigilante justice, fine, i'll deliver.

Actualy I understand the people who use the F12 function. Not everyone have a bad ass pc setup with all the latest gear. Some people have to use low resolution and with low res textbox and other stuff covers all screen.

But if you see someone standing next to you trying to talk to you or use ice on you, you might wanna quit the F12 and look what he is saying.

And if a GM is checking you if you bot, I bet you will notice it

come on those guys who can`t even see the difference between a hand grinder and bot should be banned too

yeah i grind also with chat bar down, i hate the globals =) and it grind much much faster

I don't think it justifies a thing, I get multiple PM's a day while grinding.. I used to respond and never got a reply back so I just don't bother now.
