It's a glitch. While your low level on the noob island if you don't have a quest in progress when you level you get teleported to your race's town. Just go to the teleport npc and say you wanna go back to noob island.

If you didn't figure that out yet, that's the reason.

You guys KNOW we wont get anything new, only scrolls scrolls and MORE scrolls, maybe some of the scrolls are useful but they still not worth the lag.
