Well, i hit lvl 69 yesterday, and got Devil Arrow
Had to try it out and here was the result:
IGN: RachmainG420
LvL: 69 [6x cup]
Damage: 64166
Woot!

The jump from 7th degree to 8th degree has taken quite a few of my added str + int points so this is far from max. ATM im about a 92% / 60% Str Hybrid.

I zerked yesterday to find out, using 72+5 spear and I hit a Mangyang for 10k. I'm guessing it's because I'm capped ^^
