she was below lvl 20 because she had that little yellow flower thingy next to her name. everything in her stall was SOM. below 5mil. the armour was below 1mil.

each wep elixer she had was 140k.

everytime she ran out she went to storage and took out another round. all 140keach ^_^

Often near donwhang storage there are characters who sell weapon elixirs and SoX drops for cheap prices. I believe these are from goldbotting or botting companies where all the valuable drops are given to that stall char to be sold later on. I got numerous sos 16 bows for around 2-3mil and also bought those cheap wep elixirs to be resold or used.

they're called bot outlets.

gold bots get drops, they don't use them, so they just sell everything for cheap.
they get fast money and players are happy. and then they sell the gold for real money.

are you high? bladers use phy, his phy reinforce is 38%,. pretty decent, and his phy attack power is 46%, yet again, very decent.

the only thing id say to add is attack rating, the stone / tab is called "Strikes" and of course you need lvl 5, try getting 10's though, that crit 13 is too amazing to assimilate..
