apparently he says that the way they used to catch bots sucked so they changed it and they will hunt down each and everyone of u and ull get banned ^_^

wtf they teach in schools now? if you see a "user" [lol @ my name] moving to waypoint systems, what do you need to investigate? if you see them lining up for npcs, wtf you need to investigate? the first GM probably knew who was a bot and who wasnt.

but the old bot banning system was that they went through 4 GMs the first 3 investigate and the last Banned.

it has nothing to do with being caught or detecting the bots. all has to do with Banning them

u guys are totally misreading the post.

THIS POST HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH CATCHING THE BOTS. ALL IT IS IS HOW THEY BAN THE BOTS!

maybe its 1 GM now to ban the bots so the bannings will come in the thousands.

I believe majority of Xian and aege bot that got banned uses Clientless or Softmod... because they send a different packet file than a regular User.
Isrobot also send the same packet as the regular user.

i doubt they even check packet files i think they do it if u DC when they pm u lol or they seemsome strange activity like getting stuck on a wall and keep running into it and such.

They can't banned that much if they investigate that way... They only been in each server for like 15 or 20 mins and go to a different server and how woul they be able to come up with that much bot list???
that's like almost all the active player on Xian.

there is further speculation on this saying that the ones using isrobot who were banned, didn't update their client... although as to the actual figures... i have no idea
