I currently have a level 15 pure STR Glaiver with:
76 Str
34 Mana.

My highest Force mastery is at 12 and my highest Weapon mastery is at 14.

What advice could you give me to SP farm? Should i not level up mastery anymore? What weapons should i use? How much SP would i be aiming for? Where should i train now, and where should i start to train as i level?

And any other advice would be great :P.

Thanks alot,
hope you reply soon!
Kev

What advice could you give me to SP farm? Other than you are fcked? Should i not level up mastery anymore? Wow calm down there mr. special forces What weapons should i use? ppl mainly use bow so you have to have run up to the mob to attack, but you dont have a monkey, it doesn't really matter as you will be running up to the mob to collect drops How much SP would i be aiming for? use sp calculator Where should i train now, and where should i start to train as i level? forget training, create a new char and lvling ur wpn mastery and element mastery to lvl 7, and farm at archers when ur 16

And any other advice would be great :P. ppl sure like to learn lessons the hard way http://www.silkroadforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=1243

This is my first account ever, alright, lay off.

And why do i need to start again? I've put it all into STR, no MP. Surely i can just build the gap or whatever it is, i'm not even sure how the 'gap' thing works.

And whats a mob? I know theres different colours or something, but i don't know what or where they are.

If i get to level 23, and stay at 14 mastery, that will mean i have the 9 gap. I've not ruined it all, i've just slightly postponed SP farming, surely?

Surely i can just build the gap or whatever it is, i'm not even sure how the 'gap' thing works. ppl farm at lvl 16 and kill banit archers because they have the fastest respawn rate in game u can farm at lvl 24, but the mobs' respawn rate around that lvl sux [demon horse is the better apple from the worst]

And whats a mob? I know theres different colours or something, but i don't know what or where they are. mob = monster, white = around ur lvl, red = higher, green = lower lvl than u, blue = super low

I did do my research, i at least put all my skill points into STR. It was just impossible to fully understand the 'gap' thing without actually playing the game.

Are you telling me the first character you ever made was perfect?

Anyway, i am definitely keeping this character, i think i've done well with so far. I'll not level up mastery until i get to the 9 gap, then SP farm.

By archers i take it you mean Bandit archers. Should i use bow or glaive there?

Any idea where i can find a map of the best spots for bandit archers?
I've been to bandit stronghold before, at level 13, but the bandits were too strong. I could kill the archers, but the normal bandits would just attack me and waste alot of my pots.

Do i get attacked at all when shooting them? I tried using a level 8 vs my level 8 glaive (Glaive was player bought, has some specials) and the Bow was really poor compared to glaive.

Should i still use bow > glaive when i get to level 16? :)

Thanks for your time, i do respect you lol.

you allaws can go to to at least lvl 22 or 23, (no quest), at lvl 20 go to herbalist and start skill relocation quest.

Keep grinding until lvl 23, and adding your stats points, then dlvl your chsr to 16 and dlvl all your masteries to 7, get the better bow you can afford, and go to kill archers in the stronghold, put the fire imbue in the well button of your mouse, and tap your control key.

If you got a monkey/rabbit/squirrel, sooner or later, u will get enough money to buy a better bow.

The +3 Int & Str in all yours equipement are a must also.

Sorry for my bad english.
Salu2.
