blade is already +4, gonna try to make it +5... 8d blade so almost 5dollar for an astral
should i get astral?

I'd get an astral, though even though it might take you at least 3-4 astrals to even hit +5 because if u fail it can be a real pain trying to get back to just +4.

**** no. Astral is made for idiots or CCFers, at least when going for +5. +7 is MAYBE astral and +9 is most likely astral.

it's a gambling game anyway...you're just thinking $5, but it may cost more than that w/ many failures
i would say even if it's a lvl 72 weapon, just pull out some gold & go buy a ton of elixers & just keep at it until +5, once u do it w/o astral, +5 means nothing anymore. maybe use astral when ur going beyond +5

Yea, it might not be worth it. I had astral and immo 4 times to try and make my glaive +5. Failed every time and I went down to 0. Then I worked on stones. After 3 fails, I would use elixer and it went up. It went all the way back to +5 with no fails (well, about 2 or 3 fails of stones in between each). It has to be the unluckiest glaive ever. I've used 9 challenge stones on it and it's still at 0%. It's never changed.... ever. I've never had a single stone succeed on this glaive, but it's SOS +5 so it's kinda cool.

I bought 1 astral....my entire SRO career (the others were from the CCF accounts for 9mill) and used it to make a 64+7 sword for 120m later on.
