I just decreased my gap from 7 to 2 and went out training. They say at lvl 39, which I am, you should train at the highest lvl monsters that you can kill in two hits...so here I am at the Mujigis and Ujigis They're 49 and 50 which is 10-11 lvls higher than me and they're getting owned! Their monkey multi pound thingy is kinda scary cuz it hits like 1100 on me and I'm pure int but I got 3200 HP cuz of 180 mil in alchemy upgrades so training here rawks. If you don't know why I'm so rich, you must not play on Venice

Since someone's gonna ask, how the hell am I so strong: Well I have full SOS only, no SOM or higher but I do have +36 str and +38 int total and other assorted upgraded alchemical stats that most ppl don't realize the importance of. I'm only using a non SOS 38+5 spear too lol. But yeah 116% magic balance does some seriously sick damage and having an extra 1300 HP helps the fact that I'm pure int. +1800 with the scroll I had on lol.

Yeah, we get your point desolator . But you know the optimum Xp/Sp gain is at monsters exactly 9 lvls above you, so no point to struggle at mujigis.

Tbh killspeed isnt that great. with such gear, i'd train at the highest mob i kill in 1 nuke. then i can also benefit from giants.

duh, so I can lvl this fast also, I don't plan on getting very high cuz I'm gonna leave this server and make a Euro character on the newest one as soon as that update comes out so why not dos something fun and absolutely ridiculous before I leave I wanted to get full seal of moon or better and just stop lvling but that was too expensive and rare.

I'm pretty sure that if you kill something greater than 9 levels above you, you only get the experience of something 9 levels above you.

I killed one of those ice spider things and I noticed a bit of a hiccup in the expected experience I should have gotten so they do sort of cap it somewhere. I know for a fact that they cap how much someone in your party can get if they're way below your lvl. I did get 54k exp for killing a white spider giant by myself though so there's no actual number limit as far as I know. But yeah, I got significantly more exp from the....oh I never remember their names....from the king kong juniors than I do from bunwhangs. It's like 1000 more per kill and I can kill both in two hits so I train at the one that gives me more, duh. And if so many of you claim to kill stuff way above your lvl, how come I've never ever ever ever ever in my life seen anyone at all my lvl training anywhere I go ever? Seriously, there's not one single person there ever that has a non 40+ wolf or a 5D weapon.

2 hits and 2 nukes are a big difference in exp in a certain time

nuke + lion is way faster than fire nuke lightning nuke

i guess everyone here is talking about exp distribution party, not share
no matter what mob you will kill the distribution party will give you more.

i suggest you start learning to multi hit targets
what you are currently doing is effective on 1on1 mob grinding but you could gather a lot more mobs (tank) and use your lightning to finish couple at same time
will result in faster leveling, i see a lot of pure int just going 1 mob till its dead try lower level mobs you can 1 hit or gather to kill couple with 1 skill.

results in faster exp in same time more gold more drops less damage less chance to die when you lag, the only bad thing is that it is not challenging and tend to get boring after a while.

I can't even lightning kill two Yeowas without a lion shout on the second one. Even if I could and got two together every single kill (imposible) I get like 1100 exp each so that's only 2200. 3300 per single monkey kill is still faster even with the tiny extra charge time on a nuke. I did try running around like crazy at those stone guys a couple lvls ago and it was definitely way faster killing but I still lvled about half as fast as I could at super high lvl monsters.

Wait, whaaaa? Sure, maybe with the right gear you could kill them... but why kill a mob ~18 levels above you if exp caps at 9, and something 9 levels above would be hella faster than 18? O.o

By the way, it really is pointless to lvl up with sox set because you're going to lvl up anyway and move on to the next degree.

it doesn't. White spiders are exactly 9 above me and I get about 2800 per kill. The monkeys give me 3300. They don't cap it. Whoever told you that was lying
oh and it works the other way too. I get more exp for killing a monster 12 lvls under me than 18.

I'm sorry, but it does! I killed a lvl 30 hyeoncheon (or whatever) when i was lvl 8 and only got 200xp oO.

Don't ask me how I killed one, it's a secret.

The exp doesn't necessarily cap at 9 levels higher but it increases substantially less each level higher..

For example a mob at 9 lvls higher might give you 1000 xp, mobs higher will start increasing xp by a mere 100 or 50...

I've found that it goes up exponentially bigger. Well not really exponentially of the base but....it gets bigger every time lol. Like one lvl up is 10 exp more than 2 is 50 more and 10 is 2500 more. When I get some time tomorrow I'll kill everything from my lvl on up and post here what happens.
