Can't change password

Wel... I got hacked. The entire character inventory cleared out, including my SOM bow

:(:(

Needless to say I changed the password. The only problem is now that I try to login, it says that my password is incorrect. BUT, on the silkroadonline.net the password works (the website/forums/etc). In the game, neither the old nor the new passwords work. WTF

if you use numbers and letters like abc123 it will not work in game.. so think of a really long pass with a lot of letters no real words

But the previous password had a number of digits in it.

Either way, I put all characters and once again it changed on the website but not in the game.

Why is the password not synched between the website and the server? wtf??
