ok smart guys....
we know hit ratio is affected by your weapons attak rating...
but what else affects hit ratio???
unequipped weapon and you have a number....what makes that number????

I think when're your naked alone the hit ratio is set at a certain percentage and buffs weps..what ever enhances it..like steroids

but i have guild mates with 117 with no weapon equiped... no buffs...

I believe one character is stronger then another, every character is unique when they are nekkid.
So could be that one person has a higher % at something then another character.

Open new char ~ check whats the hit ratio naked
check out lvl 80 naked w\o bow passive + naked
compare it and check how many points each lvl gives.
