Hi guys, look i resintallled my sro and then when i tried to open it says unable to connect so i noticed i had an old client soo i was liek wtf hwy is not updatin so iwnet to sroonline.net and downloaed the newest manuall patch but when i try to use it it says i need to have a higher version of the game for it t o ptach... where the hell can i get a patch that works -.-

i just let it patch through the client

like i said it dosent patch aautmaticly.. its just automaticly goes to the "server undergoing inspection window"

If you get that "Server is undergoing inspection" popup but you are 100% sure that the server is not undergoing any inspection at the moment, here is the fix.

go to c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc

open the file named "hosts" with notepad and at the end, just insert the following: 121.128.133.26 gwgt1.joymax.com

like that. (the ip in the screenshot is wrong, they have updated the server ip. copy the one above)

and that should do the trick. (u can also find this answer at silkroadonline.net forums. it's a sticky in the "General Technical Issues/Bug Reports" section. You can read there if u dont believe me by editing your hosts-file. But in that thread the server-ip is wrong because they have updated it since then)
