That shows that Joymax is pretty good with customer service I guess.
Well, involving bans anyways.
But if you were unbanned THAT quickly, maybe that isn't so good. Maybe just anyone who emails them gets their account back, including bots.

Krais the only way you could get you account back is to try what Herooo, grusome_ and Llello tried. Oh and what happened? They got ..... banned again. So no you could not get both of your accounts back. Sorry to burst your bubble
