There has been great confusion and frustration today and over the past month more so then usual. I hope to clear some minds and reassure our users on what we are doing and why things have happened the why they have lately,

We were editing content on the forum to limit the spam, it is as simple as that. No conspiracy theories or hiding the truth for corruption. The content was getting way out of hand and it was the same thing over and over again. We get the point and the iSRO team is working directly with Korea to hopefully give you users a better service in the coming months.

Of course I know some will say, talk-talk. We always say this and that, but please bear in mind we are only human and trying our best. We have had a bad run this month but will hopefully make up for it ASAP.

*A Quick note to all users spamming there frustration on the forum,

Please, please calm down. This is not helping anyone, of course keeping your content constructive and it can stay. But the current foul language, racism, and rumors spreading needs to stop now. This is slowing us down not speeding us up to assist the users better.

Everything that has happened lately and in the past as usual was reported to Joymax in Korea on a daily basis. We report everything we can, every post deleted, every Bot listed, we report it, we do our job the best we can to service the community, but the result do not always come out as you would expect.

I am not exactly sure how recent rumors started spreading on the way Joymax is managed or how we are communicating back with the players etc., but it is seriously getting out of hand. If it is something specific that we can answer then ask us. We are open about as much as we can be in regards to iSRO.

Thank You,

Employee C

Why the rip on Americans? A lot of the people in the world can speak English. Excactly where's the proof that its Americans that are spamming the forums to hell. Frankly speaking, I don't believe that Americans even make up a large part of the community. Except for this past month, the servers were never crowded during the normal gaming hours of the US time zones. The European and Asian player population is much larger.

Also, US gaming population has something called WoW.
