Anyone knows which Force Tree is the Mana Shield gonna be?

Maybe someone can explain how it works exactly will be nice too.

I want to plan ahead.

As far as i know, it's an Ice Buff, that's why many people are thinking on dropping fire for Ice (the INT players)

What it does is to transfer part of the dmg you take to your MP bar. Usefull for INT whose have a lot of MP.

Where did you heard that?

So is it worth it for a s/s Hybrid 90% to go for ice and light tree instead of fire/light?


Sacrifice damage for defense? ice imbue + nuke seems interesting too

in one vid i saw, nukers were really tanking str's. and using light nukes instead of fire lol, this 300 mastery limit is really a hard nut to crack for those planning out theier builds after the lvl 90 update.

>_< thats not fair...the main point of being str is tons of health whats the point is Ints can have tons of health by just useing the mana sheild....and shouldn't this be in Character Skillz

Last book of ice buff transfer 50% of the damage to the MP (at least at level 1, idk how much is transfer if maxed) so this is like having twice his life. Now, a pure int s/s with near perfect alchemy set will have at lvl 90 12k HP, if he double this will be like 24k HP. A pure str glavier using similar gear and heuskal passive it will have near 30k HP and (if he do a build 90 heuskal 90 fire 90 light 30 cold) he can still transfer a 20% of the damge to the MP and get 2k additional so it will be like having 32k. That give to him 32k compare it to the 24k so he will still able to tank more than a pure int. That is true is that an spear int build (pure or hibrid) will take lot of profit of having both 3k extra from heukal passive that can become 6k using the ice buff (pure int spear spear with something near to 30k HP ).


Since I read about the new skills Im really happy with my 1:1 ice archer. I have enough MP to transfer 50% of the damage to the MP, so I will have near 19k that can be double to 38k doing more damage than the glavier and having KB and stun . If you see me running to the safe zone probably my 2 minutes buff are almost over .

i heard fire has a new buff.. can anyone tell us wads it for?

so i should get 90 heuksal 90 light 90 fire and 30 ice? i thougt the ice skills was gonna come out at a later lvl

i will go 90 light, 90 ice, 90 heuksal + maybe fire, depends on skill because im not sure about them (last lighting nuke is lvl 90, but i have no idea about heuksal and ice skills).
light is the most useful for nukers (nuke, bufs of mag attack, parry, lionshut...)
ice will be really helpful with the mana shield, but maybe we wont need to max it to lvl 90... dunno
heuksal because of pasive, in addition im hybrid and i always pvp with soul spear and ghost spear

now i have fire on lvl 74 and i need to delevel it... but i still havent enough info about new skills so dunno if i will delevel it to lvl 30, 40, 50...
