I bet you can find a way you have "paid" for it. ur right i donated 6 bucks for some anti cancer fund yesterday!
You also pay for the house you live in, you payed to live there, your parents payed for you to be born.
Its all about money.

Yes, but the sun is still free. Even if every person on this planet stopped paying anything for everything, money just STOPPED flowing, the sun would still shine.

Actually, people do alot of research to prevent smog etc, and those researches are payed with your tax-money/whatever, so, if all of us just stopped paying for that research/whatever (atleast you've payed once for the sun), the sky would be covered with smog and you wouldn't be able to enjoy it.

Well there'd still be parts of Earth's atmosphere that would let at least some sun through.
You want to talk about our tax dollars being put to good use? Down in Washington, DC there's this large garden with all these exotic plants that you'd never see growing in this part of the world, but there are workers who tend to the plants every day. The garden is all done up fancy with winding walkways and things through it. This thing is quite large. At one point, they tore up the entire garden, dug a HUGE 4-story deep hole in the ground, and put a WHOLE MUSEUM inside that whole. Then they put the garden BACK on top of it!
Maybe they got some grant money for it but I'm sure at least some of our tax dollars went into it.
