if u pure int are u able of 1 hitting monsters with nuke ?

Depends on what monster.

Obviously, a Level 30 with his first Nuke can't 1-hit Lord Yarkan.

with an okay spear u should one hit low whites

not be able to 1 hit but differenlty 2 hit at 30 with a heongwhatever

At 30, though, I was still at Taoists, I believe. I kind of stayed away from Hyeoncheons, because of their high Physical damage - I kept getting mobbed and dying.
However, at 32, I could 1-hit Hyeoncheons with ease, partially because of my weapon.

Back on-topic. If you're grinding at the right monsters, in the lower levels, you should definently be able to 1-hit them. If not, a Lion-Shout following should take them out. If not, you may want to reconsider what monster you're grinding on.

At the higher levels, though, that rules go out the window. Monsters simply have too much life.

ok depends on the stats on your spear and how much life the monsters got

Green mobs for sure and with a decent spear, you can most likely one hit mobs that are one to three levels lower than you.

if you wanna 1 hit white monsters crit with a pure str bow.

or if you wanna 1 hit orange monsters crit with a pure str bow using strongbow.

at one point devil arrow will outdamage strongbow, so choose that skill.

all this can be done with a +3 bow lol.

all mob your level should be 1-2 hit with a decent spear
