Ive had this aswell (twice) i just keep exiting and opening it again and it worked in the end.

I don't know about this instance, but I know it's happened to a lot of people before when others said the server was fine. If the client doesn't get a response from the server in a short period of time, it assumes there's an inspection and tells you this, even if it's not strictly true.
