I've heard that once we get these euro chars high lvl they will be like 10x stronger than our old chinese chars; especially the ones with dual weapons. In some other games I've played they got new patches and the new stuff was kinda unbalanced to the old content.

So to the people who play on the other sro versions, tell us all how strong these dual weapons are. O_o

Rogue Lvl 88 Zerk on Penons 91k in 1 skill. NON CRIT, I will upload a video of it when I can be bothered.

Although they have mighty powers, with great power comes great responsibility ;) The buff that increase the Rogues attack by 75% also reduces either their defense or HP greatly making them easy targets, IF it doesnt kill you first.

I think the euros will be stronger, to make up for the pot delay they have on the characters. If you ask me, the main ones ppl should look out for are the mages. From the ss I've seen, they deal mad ass dmg capable of 1hitting a str....

I'm gonna say that when it comes to euro mages, our chinese pure str bow will probably best off... Take the bitch out at range with a well placed crit. In a group war it won't even be funny though. These euros will slaughter us if they one shot pure str. [I watched a pure str blader pvp a two handed swordsman. The pure str blader got owned by a 10k knockback/knockdown? and died by the followed 20k crit]

euro >< chinese is well ballanced
just need to know what to attack and what to run from.
not always the best highest dmg skill the winner ;P

Euro is hit and run or hide and kill.
There is a few build that can tank a chinese.

Str glavie is the only one who still will own everything if know how to play.
Bladers nukers bow will suffer a lot.

be sure to always be in a group w/ buffers, healers, & watever if ur euro...or else a mage that thinks they can go out & job alone will most likely get pawned by a lone chinese glaiver...

1v1 w/o buffers, healers, & watever euro will most definitely lose...the int builds (mage, clerics, buffers, watever) are restricted to wear garms, making them very weak against str builds...the str builds (warriors, rogues) are restricted to wear armor/protector making them weak against int builds...so in conclusion euro's will have to always have the buffer to do their massive dmgs :P

but we'll never know till euro comes...

lv52 dual handed sword
vs. lv52 glavie
Face to face: killed it 9 out of 10 times : stun/kockback/knockdown powns
(1 time was chatting) (12 crit only 76% and got skill to raise it too)

Image

vs lv52+ ss nuker
If he had time to nuke got 1 hit, or I died from second.
(because locked to armour)
If i rushed him, did not have time to cast and died from few hit.

My cleric got no chance as full support player, it gets attacked it dies.

Maxed lv90 pvp:
Euro characters hide in safe area. Like I wrote hit and run or hide and attack
or be killed.

Lv90 chinese
int can't kill other lv90 int same if str builds pvp
str tanks most int and bow attacks no problem 30k+ hp
it usualy gets hit max 12k so can out pot it.
1 on 1 pvp is kinda killed at lv90

Euro Buffs> Anything we got

Independent Chinese Chars> Any Euro Char, they all die easily from what I can tell, even pure str fighters

remember that we have the advantage of unlimited masteries trees. Euros can only learn 1 and only 1.
Nukers can use the vital spots and might be able to kill them.
Glaviers have stun and knockback.
Bladers with Knockdown and Stab.

Just cause you seen these videos doesnt mean that it will turn out that way.

In fact they could learn 2, but not at the same level as their main.
Nukers can use the vital spots and might be able to kill them.
Glaviers have stun and knockback. 2h swords have those too. Axes have Stun, haven't played 1h sword so dunno...
Bladers with Knockdown and Stab. 2h handed sword have an even more powerful version of that... KD and a very powerful blow that can KB if standing (it can be used with an standing enemy or with a KD'ed one

Just cause you seen these videos doesnt mean that it will turn out that way. As eveytime, both sides have advantages and disadvantages... we'll see later...

im just saying that we can get like all the skill trees if we wanted and the skills we have now. i didnt say that the knockback, stab whatever was out advantage, just the masteries. sorry if you got the wrong idea

A video or ss doen't mean anything. Nobody is going to know untill we get the update. People make videos or take ss of when they kill somebody/do something good. There's plenty of situations where chinese characters are killing euro characters just as easy. Wait untill it happens before you all start saying that chinese are going to get owned.

Example pulled completely from nowhere haha..
You can see plenty of videos of bladers owning glaivers, does this mean bladers are always going to own glaivers? No!

Well, you are right, but at the same time, the training of all the skills is expensive SP wise.
However, the highest advantage of Chinese vs. Euro (imo) is the Speed buff-Ghost walk. Speed Buff is only available under the Bard's mastery and the "Ghost walk" is only available under the Wizards mastery. So warriors, Rogues, etc won't have Ghost walk, or the speed buff, unless they got Bards in their parties or train Bard mastery.

Yes and no. There is still the 300 mastery cap, so if Joymax just keep increasing the level cap, in the long run Chinese characters will have to gradually give up on this...
Yet again I doubt the concept of "pvp balance" is high on their priority list... "Awww you get wasted? Restart all over! Grind again! And make sure you buy PTs!" You get the picture. (Yes I know I'm sarcastic and pesimistic... Having spent the bulk of the last hour typing my account info over and over and over again because botters aren't taken care of has this kind of effect on me... /rant)

Daggers get a grasswalk like skill although its very short.
