hey i am planning on making a new character( Spear/ hybird[int50/str50] future nuker]) and to farm at lvl 16 at the stronghold with lvl 7 mastery of fire and spear... can i just farm with a spear or do i need a soX bow ??

It would be alot faster to have a sox bow but you can do it without one

Ok.. Thanks, but what build do u think i should be with Spear,,, I had a character that was pure int bow and i hated it cause i died a lot in pvp and training and i want to try pure str.... Is it good if i am a pure str spear?

It will be quite easy if you are pure INT, with a lot of int on your gear, even with something like a +3 bow you will be able to 2 hit bandits.

Go all int first, you can balance at higher levels, and use spear until you can one or two hit with bow.

It would be pure str glavie, not spear. Then you would not die as much. Same skills as spear, just different weapon that reinforces or strength.

Every lvl i gain should i put int 2 str 1?

Up until level 16, add ALL INT as it makes farming faster.

Ok you have to decide do you want to have big hits but little health. Or low to medium hits and lots of health.

If you put points into str you gain health and a little increase in damage power.

If you put points into INT you gain a lot of damage but you gain very little health.

If you go pure str you would use a glaive.
If you go pure int or mostly int you would use a spear.

Look around in the stickies at the top of the different forum sections. You will find lots of useful information.

That 2int and 1 str is if you are going to make a hybrid spear. You are then sacrificing some of your damage dealing ability for more HP.
