how does the sp quest of premium tickets acutally work?

how does it work? where to get quest and how many sp as reward? do u get the purification seeds from monsters of ur lvl? means, farming at generals and they drop seeds? so it's an extra sp bonus? and how many times can the quest be repeated and is there is a cooldown time, means, after u finished the qust, have to to wait, until u can start the 2nd one?

Quest Procedure
1.Use Premium Item.

thx. 3 times in 4 weeks. 70 silk = 7$ more a month. im wondering, whether it's worth to buy premium gold instead of normal gold time.
