Ok now i`m pretty confused

I`v read some treads in the past that say that dual wep will suck at new skillls. Now i read that dual weapon will own in new update . so what will it be for the wast time ?

70 force ( for heal series and stuff )

Vital spot series to lower parry ratio so you do more damage.
