That was a very well written response, yes it took me 10 minutes to read because I'm a slow reader and I took the time to read each paragraph.
I have a feeling if JoyMax reads this, he or she may have second thoughts about making a change as this really triggered my mind.

Very nice response...It shows you've played the game long enough to see all of its faults (not just the typical - 'omg Jm sux, ban bots pls' reponses) and you have enough interest in the game to see to it that these aforementioned problems are made apparent to JM. You also buy silk, which means you are a PAYING customer in a F2P game. Whether or not JM hasn't come to grips with the fact is not known, but as soon as they started taking money from everyone for silk that entitles us, the paying customer, the right to complain and make suggestions about service.
Hopefully they will take this letter and its concerns into consideration or at least read it instead of trying to delete it off of the forum with no response. It's disrespectful on their part that they would shun the players of this game they way they do. We pay their salaries (well, the silk buyers do)
Hope you get a response/acknowledgement from them soon...I'm going to post one there as well...
@Everyone - We could all send a quick message to them and stop buying silk for one week and see how fast these problems get fixed. I assure you, we'll get a notice after the 1st two days with no profits for JM, and problems will get solved starting on Day 3, LOL

Instead of bitching, which JM ignores completely, send a message they understand, one that transcends the language barrier. STOP GIVING THEM MONEY. duh.
Well, stupid as it might sound, in europe company's need money to improve the services. Dont know about asian companys tho.

I agree, assuming you're being serious.
People complain much too much, Joymax does what they can. And we should all be grateful for it.
Since you clearly stated in your "report" that you could easily switch to world of warcraft, why don't you? You obviously like the game enough to stay, and though you may like it to be better, has it ever occured to you that things can't get better, not right now, but they will get better later. In time.

Joymax is understaffed, they wouldn't be looking for staff if that were not true. They increase the amount of servers every month it seems, and they haven't, until now, even mentioned adding gms. We cant even be sure that morningdew's post means their looking for gms, they could just be looking for people to do web management etc.
The reason I haven't quit is because I've spent too much of my time on this character, and I know too many good people to just quit like that. Im getting closer and closer to quitting though because ive seen almost all of my friends switch to WoW giving me the same reason. I'd rather not give up on this game because I really think its fun.
Also, when I started playing this game almost 2 years ago now, the botting problem was close to nothing. I really want to see the game get back to where it was but all I've seen is it get worse and worse. If you don't want to play an active role in trying to change the game you play and choose to simply accepting whats given without question, then go ahead. For me, I rather try to at least make an effort to be a voice for the hundreds (yes hundreds not thousands) of legitimate players who agree with my opinion with good reason.
I'm an active person and if I feel like theres something not right about a situation I'll say it. You can respect my post or consider it trash, but the effort I made was for the betterment of the community which you are a part of.

It depends on what perspective you look from.
If you look from a gamer's perspective, it makes absolutely no sense why Joymax isn't doing anything.
If you look from a botter's perspective, this game is too boring and since everyone else bots, they will bot too to remain competitive in the game.
If you look from a business perspective, it isn't a good idea for Joymax to ban botters since competitive people are normally those who bot, and those who bot usually provide the most revenue for Joymax. If you look at that chart of the botting population vs level, you'd see that if Joymax ban all the botters, they will lose huge money. REMEMBER THAT JOYMAX IS A BUSINESS AND THEY NEED YOUR SUPPORT (AKA MONEY) TO SURVIVE.
Now from my perspective, everyone who plays this game contribute to the problem. If you buy stuff from a botter's stall, you support what is happening. And I'm sure everyone who plays SRO have bought from a botter's stall before... I mean, who wouldn't want a better item at a cheaper price? "Legits" who wanted something so badly but the price is so high resort to buying gold, thus contributing to the problem... creating a demand for gold farmers, and more botters, and inflation, etc. It's a cycle. Everyone is to blame unless you are a level 1-10 character
