Can a
Microsoft XP Professional {Version 2002} Service pack 2
Intel{R} Celeron{R} CPU 2.39 Ghz, 256 Ram, 64Mb Intel Card/64 Video Card
Able to Run Europe Silkroad {Low Setting} for Minimum specs?
Edit: {Off-topic} If I was upgrading my computer, Which one do I upgrade? Ram, Graphic Card, Video Card?

I'm not sure about Yes "Silkroad". Everytime I log on to Silkroad with Low Setting, "I Still lag in Towns, Monster maps, Any where" and I'm not sure this is a common thing.

Even in good computers lags a bit on towns (my is an OK computer and it lags in medium specs on towns) why? because it's TOO many people... its normal.

video card first, they are really cheap now for pretty good ones, then ram.
how can a computer come with a 2.39 Ghz processor but only 256mb ram and a 64mb graphics card??

Prebuilt and older. Like Emachines. The video is integrated

depends on game... but the majority of the time its the video card

[Not Prices] Which one decreases lags video card, since it is the ram for the video processing, which lags if you cant process it fast enough. ram just stores numbers, but the server does that already, so its not a problem for silkroad.
