Bang Bang, I shot you down.

So yesterday, the 18th of July, I got a taste of SP Farming for the very first time. Ohmylord. I don't know where to start...

Ok, lies. I do. Premium ticket bought, skill ticket bought, and wait...What am I waiting for? Your educated guess would be as good as mine. I think I was so damn nervous about spending that kind of money on something that might add up and then spill over. Like when you're pouring yourself a huge glass of [insert anonymous liquid here] and by some twist, you don't or cannot stop pouring in time and you watch as that delicious liquid spills over and you panic. You stare and wonder, grab the nearest towel and clean it up, or dare lick and slurp it off the counter where unholy things have sat recently. Ponder that for a minute.

Anyways, onto better things. Tickets in play, check. At Stronghold, check. Bow and bunneh at the ready, check. Go! My first Archer, one..two..dead. Neat. Next one...two shots and he's dramatically falling to his knees to kiss life goodbye. Awesome. Not only am I excited that these fashion disasters are going down in two hits, I'm equally as thrilled that I have an entire side to myself. Cue boogy. *boogies on down*

Now, I'm pulling a Godzilla in Tokyo when some punk shows up and being the sweetheart I am, I go to a single corner and continue dominating the skanks like Mistress Heather. It was cool for a whole 5 seconds. Said punk comes over to my corner and starts attempting to KS every, single, Archer. Instead of being lippy, I move to the other side and you bet'cha, punk comes right on over. Srsly, I was inches from stomping on his face. I politely ask him why he keeps following me and trying to steal all my Archers. [insert random alien letters] *blank stare*

I won't bore you with the details of that conversation, but eventually he went to his own side and kept private messaging me in the same strange alien letters. I'm entirely too tolerant of some people. After a few minutes of "Jeeejjooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooon" constantly being sent to me in bright aqua, I notice my bunny isn't moving. Odd. I check him and he's completely stuffed. After a measley half an hour of Farming, my bunny is so stuffed he can't move. And even after I made sure to keep transfering weapons and armour to myself. This is crazy.

I book it to Jangan and empty my and my bunny's inventory. Make it back to the Stronghold in literally five minutes, and what do you know...Both sides are crowded. What the freak!? Like flies to flesh, I tell you...So I wait patiently and eventually get a spot again and continue my Godzilla-like reign. Partay!

So, all in all...it was a good day. I'm cutting this short too. I'm losing interest in writing this at an alarming rate. Not only am I frustrated that I didn't get a whole lot of Farming time in today due to the Stronghold being packed, yet again...but at the fact that I'll feel guilty if I don't grind like crazy tomorrow, to even out the time that's added up today. Annoying.

I love reading your 2 cents about silkroad, unlike 80% of the other topics here.

Just writing it in an intelligible manner had me reading it twice.

I haven't farmed at all but I can relate.

My question is,"why didn't you go up top and just burn the drops into elements?".

(Don't kill me on punctuation on that last line. Copywriters at work would and I'm tired of it )

All in all, must be a magnetic personality issue.

I know the feeling, started farming about 10 days ago. Lucky for me i can 1 hit but still bots steal my spot lol. But yeah i hate going to town because other farmers are like hermit crabs, one moves out another comes it. Kind of mind boggling at how long you will be there. How much are you farming btw?

Good read, I enjoyed it Sucks when you have to deal with ignorant six year old non English speaking ksing children that spam you when you are trying to be polite. . .

Lucky i didn't have to deal with today because all the bots were to busy stashing away their precious gear in order to protect them selfs from this delightful patch and I had the desert to myself.

I have a couple reasons...
a)I never even thought of doing that, b)I'm too much of a spaz to remember to do it, and c)my shiney bow cost me every last penny I had and those destroyer rondo's are spendy.


Hmph, good question. Haha. I haven't entirely decided. I'm thinking though...I might just farm until the tickets I've invested in have run out. If by that time I'm not going bonkers and hating Farming with every ounce of my being, I'll shoot for 200k to be safe. High hopes there. Hah.


Double yay! I even yayed when tedo sent me the guild offer. It was a cherry ontop of that day, definitely. And I do plan to keep it up, but my creative juices might say otherwise. Hah. Oh, and random thought. Awesome mod, kthxbai. I'd admit myself to the looney bin if I had to do the job you do. Here's to hoping you're resistant to grey hair and balding.

Elika, you have the most interesting posts. I love the witty humor you have about the game and spinning it into a post here makes me want to hug you! Sucks when your pet is full. Wonder how long it has been full and if you overlooked any items or tabs.

Just set the pet to pick up gold, and misc items (arrows, herbs, grains etc if not using item mall for these things), and pick up any SoX bits yourself...

Ideally, you could have 16 slots of Hp/mp Pots/herbs and with Iem mall have the bottom 2 second page as for 2 quivers leaving 8 slots for SoX iems...

Well this might sound immoral, but lets get it down to facts, you wanna farm, its packed. Call a guild member in 5* and your problem is solved. (All of you pretend you never heard this from me) Happy farming

And that is why I don't bother farming.

yay another extreme farmer. I personally found it very hard to farm at the den for my pet was always full but those items were fetching me money. Untill one day it hit me. Taking a stack of destroyer rondos with you, you break the item drops when your pet fills, the elements stack in 5000 amounts(you will need 12 free spots for elements) and the alchemy bits stack in 250 amounts. destroyer rondoing the items allows me to stay out for my standard 4 hours at a time. Cuz once you leave your spot its gone.
