What is with all the lags after this euro update?? T_T

i get this stupid lag where everything STOPS except monsters -____-
which means i end up dying after every lag, and it takes me years to gain exp T________T"

is anyone experiencing even more lags after the update?

yes me i am lvl 46 and today i was fighting a penon party mob and it is hitting me for 1200 and then everything just stops, when it starts moving again all the damage the monster was doing when it stoped came on me all at once and i died
