But hey this is good enough for a lvl 64 using a 64 npc wep+3 with npc gear

i think a euro full blued wizard with garms and cleric submastery can survive through that skill.

The range is Sorounding Radius 8.0m(simultaneous 5) and the time to fire this up about 3 secs

yes I have, typically if they take too long to reduce my hp or if I block them once I win because of offering, that simple

it's very good... but... the skill as it says is a 3 second cast spell with only 8m radius...

Uhmm, inch away? LoL! Hehe, just gotta move away from the damage, bind isn't always 100% successful is it?

Also, this skill is gonna make the clerics first priority targets in real pvps...

Bind is 80% and if it doesnt work I wouldve alredy set a bind trap

bind just stops them from moving, or does it stop them from attacking as well?

Bind is like a Stun only that it lasts 10 secs instead of 5 so ya I bind them punch em a few times then do offering for fun ^___^

bind isn't like stun. it keeps them from moving, but they can still attack.

Easy really at level 80 bless Spell gives +800 Phy Def and +1000 Mag Def stacked with Def and Mag Buffs from other Bless Spells and the ability to cast healing orbit and heal myself is enough to go to you bind you and heal myself enough to do Pure Offering on you, the results your dead.

Edit: If Bind still does make em attack Healing Orbit plus that uber def buff will keep me enough healed to kill you anyways and besides I also posses a shield that can very well block you

There is only 1 good tactic to use that skill. If u spot me using it u will know how

Only way to get out alive is a shield blocking the attack.
It kills anyone in range, ppl with 30k hp and in sosun die.

But like most euro just don't get hit by chinese (warrior exeption)
