how to complete this quest ?
i try to find those pirate champs and i kill them many hourse and i got nothing some one tell me wat to do

It can be a bug restart the quest i had it with a other quest Somehow its only at europe

well i mad a euro character ,but still i can't do the quest those champs drop nothing and i am not sure wat i should do in this quest ,someone tell me wat to do and where can i find many pirate champs

Do this,Abandon the quest and get the quest again it should drop then its a bug!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had it with a other quest i wasted 3 hours for nothing when i restarted the quest it dropped at the 1st monster -.-

IT is possible to do a bug report and wait 1 year for an answer xD

well i only have to hope cuz other quests depend on this

Well its a party quest first of all, and the flags will not drop from Brigand Champs unless you are in a xp share and item share party...

I did that quest, i got the drop from Brigand Champs at the ruins south of the beach. You also need to kill Pirate Commander there. And no, he isnt soooo strong, just take a tanker of 2 and a cleric, or a friend who is a high lvl tanker. Then it should go. Watch out though for the Pirate Assistants.
