I'll be lucky if my set is that good when the time comes, I plan on farming at 72 so I guess I'll have plenty of time to make my final set.

My balance is 106% and 48%, if i add 1 str more it'll be 107%. BTW, i'm not pure STR, added 10 points to int.

When i hit 80 I'll have 21K HP

fix the parry and get your accessories high plussed -> priority of accessories over the garment set if you don't have money.
