Ice Nuke FTL

The new Ice nuke is worthless... it does less dmg then the first book lvl 18... what was the point of adding that new nuke?

I was hoping for it at least to do a "double shot" like wat it said on the description.. oh well time to lower that ice nuke :banghead:

I actually sent a bug report saying either they coded the wrong graphics or they worded it wrongly T,T. Yeah the third book lvl 1 is weaker than the first book lvl 18.

Ice nukes have always been weaker than the light and fire ones.

Although they're handy pve, that'd be the only reason i'd use it.

yea but u think the 3rd book would be stronger then the first book...

but its weaker ... so pointless for JM to even make that book...

I think they mean that the New Ice Nuke does less damage then the First Ice Nuke.

Yeah, I think that they wanted it to be a two hit nuke but screwed it up.

Wrong first book is freezing 10% and frostbite 30% so it doubled in freeze % and multiplied by 1,5 in frostbite effect probabilities, Ice nukes FTW, why cause I like em

If it was a two hit nuke with frz 20% frst 40%, calculated for each hit, it would be insane regardless of the damage done (which was my assumption upon taking the nuke T,T).

The recalculated total P(%) of getting your target frz or frst status with two consecutive hits with a nuke of frz 20% frst 40% is = frz 36% frst 64% which is pretty good :/ Alas, this is not the case.

Any build, any chinese char can learn it. Just skill up ice mastery tree. But its recommended that you are at least Int heavy hybrid for it to be useful.

First book ice nuke at lvl 30. Third book (the one in the pic) at lvl 70.

You get all the first book nukes at lvl 30 =)

Oh the nuke looks pretty cool from Syl's ss ^^ The 3rd book ice nuke is lvl 70 or was it higher?

The strength of the ice nukes lie not in their damage capabilities, but more with the freezing and frostbite probabilities. Those have been greatly improved as you advance the book, regardless of the damage they cause.

You could easily cast more spells on the mobs when frozen, than the little extra damage that you do with the lower level nukes.

All the other nukes in a series have increaseing Mag Dmg.

Book 1 Lvl 18 Mag Att: 235 - 352
Book 3 Lvl 1 Mag Att: 121 - 181

So its 50% weaker in dmg and its a lvl 70 Nuke... :banghead:

I just sent in 10 reports to jm maybe they will open on...
