party full share, so good?

Hi ppl
Well ive been using the "search button" and well didnt found an answer
My question was about the full share party mode (item share, exp share) and maybe you have the answer. well is this:

-In an auto share party, when you are doing a hunt quest and party members are close and killing quest mobs (example: killing ghost flowers and party members are killing quite far another flower ghost) when a party member kills a monster, that kill is counted in your quest?

-If in a party are togueter chinese an european, exist a penalty for earn less in the party

the 2nd question is bcz somebody said about a 50% penalty bcz chinese n euro are in the same party.
