i can hardly bring myself to repeat this for the 4th time, killing landons getting ripped scales so boring so annoying, its hard to keep trying to kill them only to be rewarded with a ripped scale instead of a good scale, i'd rather kill alot, at least that would have clear progress

LOL, omg I hated that quest! It's gay when you're doing it, but it's so funny to watch your friends do it, my friend was freaking out and started yelling at the game... it was so funny.

ya its a euro quest, i was thinking this was like the taoist quest, but something about it seams more annoying. Maybe its the fact that they drop either good or bad not that you sit down and go thru them, so its more readily annoying, i thought the toaist suck too, but i don't know why this one seams worse

finally got it done after 3 hours......... well over a 100 ripped scales

my only question is if i'm collecting materials to make a trap, wouldn't i have been easier to just like buy rope in town, i mean const is a port city and you're telling me the most logical way to make a trap is out of scales, instead of the easily accessible rope, but no that would only make sense

I skipped all the quests before level 30 (except the inventory expansion) and you should to the same. :D

well, you also skip a couple of nice scrolls too, like 30% more speed, 500% HP % MP regeneratin, more Rating, gender change, instant zerk charge, etc.

Salu2.

I just finished the 3rd repeat of that one. It's pretty easy if you're an int character (and have your nukes). =)

I personally hate the Lithography Stones quest from the Chi'in Tomb more than the Simos Ladon scales quest, despite ending up with 72 Ripped / 20 Regular Scales.

I didnt mind that quest too much as a warlock actually, just stuck hundreds of DoTs on and kept running around. No the worst quest for me so far has been the one to get the yellow eggs, what the hell were they smoking when they thought it up? Add to that the fact that you get level 40/50 nukers hanging around to grief people doing the quest so it took me 40 moss before I got the 5th egg. Yeah, Im not repeating that quest.
