Bone-made Bone Piece...??????

I have the quest to sweep Niya Archers and i get the kill and also a quest drop of Bone-Made Bow Piece. Can anyone explain why I get a quest drop with nowhere to deliver the item? Or is it for the sweeping archer quest or what? I'm scratching my head here. I have a little less than 200 now. Dont know when they will stop dropping for me. HELP!? thanks.

They come from the quest. Why? No idea. They are useless. Pick them or not, the choice is yours.
